Shipping to the United States
Orders ship from South Korea. US shipping is free, with delivery taking approximately one week after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Import duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are separate from our free US shipping offer.
International returns & order problems
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for international orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email your order number and photos to formodglobal@gmail.com so we can review the issue and advise next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Changes before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch.
First-order offer
Subscribe to FORMOD emails to receive your 10% first-order code. Use the same email address at checkout and apply only4U. For email subscribers with no previous purchase, once per customer. Caring for your bag
Do not wash the bag. Gently wipe marks with a dry cloth or one lightly dampened with mild detergent. Avoid contact with dark clothing that may transfer dye. Store without folding, with paper or fabric inside to help keep the shape.
