◇ Order Cancellation Before Shipping ◇

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we can process the cancellation immediately. However, if the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return to receive a refund. Please note that a return shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will apply in this case. For Jeju Island and other remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply.

If you wish to exchange, cancel your order, or change the delivery address while your order is still "Preparing for Shipment," please leave a message on our board, and we will assist you accordingly.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after the cancellation is completed, but the timeline may vary depending on your credit card company. For more detailed information on the refund schedule, please contact your card issuer directly.

Exchange and Return Policy

For international orders (outside of South Korea), cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind are not accepted due to shipping-related reasons.

We accept exchanges and returns for unused items within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to request an exchange or return, please do so through the Exchange/Return section on our website. When returning or exchanging an item, please make sure to include all original components and packaging in their original condition. Please note that items showing signs of use, damage due to negligence, items that have been altered or washed, or items with removed packaging are not eligible for return or exchange. All products undergo a thorough inspection process recorded via CCTV before they are shipped to ensure quality.

For Defective or Faulty Products
If a product is found to be defective or faulty upon inspection, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us through the Q&A board on our website to initiate the process, and we will assist you promptly.

For Exchanges or Returns Due to Change of Mind
For exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs:

Exchange Shipping Cost: Please prepay the cost via bank transfer for color or size exchanges.

Return Shipping Cost: Please include a 6,000 KRW fee for round-trip shipping when returning the item. If the fee is not included, it will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas such as Jeju Island and other islands.

Important Information

Size Measurement Tolerance: The size of the product may have a margin of error of 1–2 cm depending on the measurement method.

Color Transfer: Light-colored products may become stained if they come into prolonged contact with dark-colored denim or similar fabrics. Please note that exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for this reason.

Natural Characteristics: Natural creases, marks, and minor scratches on the fabric are not considered defects. Slight scratches on hardware are also a natural result of the manufacturing process.

Manufacturing Marks: Minor blemishes, loose threads, slight stitching variations, and glue marks that occur during the production process are not considered defects.

Handling Marks: Due to the delicate nature of our manufacturing process, slight fingerprints may be present on the product from the inspection and packing process. These can be gently wiped away with a soft cloth and are not considered a defect.

Color and Texture Differences: There may be minor differences in color and texture due to monitor resolution differences.

Product Care Instructions

Do Not Wash: Please do not wash the product. If it becomes stained, gently wipe it with a damp cloth immediately, followed by a dry cloth to ensure proper drying.

Avoid Creasing: Do not store the product folded or place heavy items on it, as this may cause creasing.

Proper Storage: When storing the product, stuff the inside with paper or cloth and place it in a dust bag to maintain its shape and condition.
