Returns & exchanges

International orders — outside South Korea

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on international orders, including a change of preference, color or size. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering. If you need help choosing, email formodglobal@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact formodglobal@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos. We will review the issue and provide the next steps. For a confirmed product defect or an incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Orders delivered within South Korea

The following domestic terms apply only to orders delivered within South Korea. They do not apply to international orders.

Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Keep all original components and packaging in their original condition. Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged through handling are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

For domestic change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the shipping costs. The round-trip return shipping fee is KRW 6,000. Additional charges may apply to Jeju Island and other remote areas. Contact us for the shipping cost and instructions before arranging a color or size exchange.

Product details & care

Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm depending on the measurement method. Colors and textures may look different on different screens. Light-colored materials may pick up color from dark denim or other fabrics.

Do not wash the bag. Gently wipe marks with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid folding the bag or placing heavy objects on it. Store it in a dust bag, lightly filled with paper or cloth to help maintain its shape.
