Shipping & delivery

United States

Shipping to the United States is free, with no minimum order value. Delivery usually takes about one week after dispatch. This is an estimate; customs clearance, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Import duties & taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs charges assessed in the destination country. These charges are separate from the product price and shipping cost.

Order changes before dispatch

To request a cancellation or an address change before dispatch, email formodglobal@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled in transit. International change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

For an approved cancellation, we process the refund within 2–5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
